Depression tends to be a physical and mental disorder that places you in a state of negativity and sadness as things tends to be going downhill and some setbacks prevailed. I’ll be outlining some guides that will help you abstain or minimize depression in your daily route-in as the case may be.

I. Set Positive Goals

In most times depression tends to be a sad moment when things don’t tend to be in place, one will wonder, as to if setting goals at the time of depression is mentally possible because you can feel sad and not be able to think straight. Yes that’s true but in most cases you can make good use of those times and set standards for yourself that will help you fight depression or make you get rid of the burden that surrounds the reasons of you being depressed.

Setting some positive outlines for yourself will help you try to focus more on yourself and trying to avoid things that makes you sad or spoils your mood Whenever you try to be happy. Making time to picture yourself in a realm doing better in the future to come as you can project yourself to see what your intuitions communicates with you. Whatever you set as a target is what will work for you provided you keep doing it when you feel your about to be depressed or sad in any area of your life.



II. Take positive view of things

The major cause of depression is as a result of negative energies, troubles, unbalanced chakras, non aligned auras and other instigators of depression.

Making an opposite reaction to your current depressed mood will play a great role in helping you heal from depressions, trying to become positive and having faith you’ll be getting better real soon and your faith works as much as you believe and focus on yourself. Try to delete the negative thoughts and aggression from your mind to help you heal faster and better, at this point people try to focus but don’t really give up on the depression, the just find it difficult to solve the challenges or calamity at hand then as time goes on still fall back on the thought of what made them depressed before hand.


In this process you have to be positive and try to open your inner mind for expulsion of the burden at heart causing the sad moments and unbalance. Try to stay positive for as long as you can and the negative energies will gradually be leaving.



III. Environmental Change

       Your environment also determines your mood as it also plays a role on your mental health and spiritual well-being. Changing an environment that isn’t conducive for your energies and environment that always brings forth depression and anger will help you balance and heal from depression. This is because any environment you surround yourself has a great role to play in your life especially in your spiritual life as to how well you can cope and heal from distress and challenges at any given time.

The type of human beings surrounded in your environment can also help you heal or make you more depressed. For instance staying in an environment occupied by narcissist, off course you can imagine how such an environment will be because no one will be helping you with a good advice rather you’ll end up getting some negative energies from theirs and that way you can hardly get rid of depression, but surrounding yourself with positive people who have the same ideology such as yours and the kind of people you can adapt with will help you get rid of depression as you can comfortably share your problem with someone that can help you out or give you some good advice that will help you get better or even someone you can confide in or talk to when your depressed goes a long way in helping you get better. If your often depressed you can consider changing an environment that doesn’t help you heal in anyway and always trying your best to heal at any given opportunity.        Doing something that keeps you busy helps Ou forget about your depression no matter how intense such challenge may be. Trying to keep yourself occupied will help you not get too worried about your problems rather you’ll be focused on the thing that keeps you busy which goes a long way in fighting depression and helping you stay away from negative thoughts that instigates or increases depression.

Engaging in sports or doing yoga can help you in this process, whenever you feel low on energy or depressed, don’t just seat all day over thinking about it, rather engage in something that keeps you busy and occupied as there’ll always be a way to solve that challenges or problems that is making you depressed in the long run. Going out with friends can also keep you occupied as you’ll have people or someone to talk to which will help you prevent depression for the time being. Channeling your mind towards positivity will help you get much better.



V. Avoid Idle Moments

Like we all know an idle mind is a devils workshop, if you’ve noticed anyone that’s mostly idle usually get manipulated to doing things the didn’t initially plan to do and in most cases such things tends to have some negative outcome such as wild thought and over thinking about a particular challenge or problem you may be going through. Being idle helps to aid depression and make you think more about the problem at hand but in most cases it doesn’t provide a solution to your problem in anyway rather it makes you attract negative energies and wild thoughts that doesn’t help you move forward.

Once you can get rid of idle moments you can help yourself stay 50% away from depression. Keep yourself busy with things that helps you solve any challenge you may be encountering or do some meditations to fill up the gap as that will help build your spiritual life and focus on getting much better no matter the challenges that surrounds you.

Channeling your problems and challenges helps you find a possible way to provide solutions to your problems within yourself as it helps you stay connected spiritually, physically and mentally on yourself as your spirit guides always has a way of providing solutions to your challenges and helping you get balanced, this is why you need to do some meditations and prayers session to help you get much better and balanced despite the situation you find yourself.


Doing yoga is a spiritual exercise that helps you stay much focused on yourself, it also helps you eradicate depression and negative energies that causes you set backs and anger. Engaging in yoga will help you stay much focused on your future encounters and spiritual life to ensure you stay on the right path and minimize depression to help you move forward in your life and that will help you stay busy and occupied as your energies will be filled with positivities and balance.


Doing some prayers session also plays a very vital role in helping you get rid of depression because it helps you talk to the universe about your predicaments as they’ll be a response to your prayers as time goes on because the universe has good plans for you ahead, you just need to have faith and be thankful as things will get much in place for you as time goes on.
